1. Acceptance

By using Koydo Prep, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you are under 13, your parent or guardian must complete the consent process before you use AI features.

2. The service

Koydo Prep provides an academic prep platform for students in grades 6-12. Features include practice quizzes, AI tutoring, progress tracking, and study rooms.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, share answers with others, or misuse the platform
  • Harass other users in study rooms
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the service

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Content

All educational content is owned by Koydo. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

8. Limitation of liability

Koydo Prep is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Exam scores and results are practice only — not official.
