Koydo Prep serves students aged 11-18 (grades 6-12). For students under 13, we comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13.
We do not sell or share personal information of children under 13 with third parties for marketing.
Parents may review, correct, or delete their child's data at any time by contacting us.
AI tutoring and social features are gated behind parental consent for under-13 users.

IP address (for rate limiting)

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe). All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
